Mambures-smallLucia Mambure is a visionary leader, Founder and Director of Chenga Ose Association for Women with Physically and Mentally Challenged Children (COA). She trained as a History and English Teacher at Gweru Teachers College and University of Zimbabwe, studied Strategic Management with Chinhoyi University of Technology and is working towards completion of her MSC. She worked at high schools and institutions including serving at Harare Polytechnic where she is currently a lecturer at the Department of Civic Education. Lucia is a Co-Pastor with her husband, Davis at True Word Church International. She is committed to work and serve people particularly children and women with disabilities in Zimbabwe. In her quest to fight for the basic right to education of her child with disabilities and many others in her support groups, Lucia was determined to knock on every door and engage whatever authorities that exist in the land. Lucia has just completed a book that tells her story of pain, anxiety and perseverance with her first child and the long journey she walked until she found women with similar conditions.

Davis Mambure is the Senior Pastor at True Word Church International, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. He holds several qualifications in Theology, Ministry and Systemic Counseling, and is a part time lecturer of Theology at Transform Your Leadership Institute and Solid Foundation for Africa Institute respectively. He currently heads the Commission for Ministry Development at Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) and in that role he is responsible for programming around issues of Evangelism, church planting, discipleship and prayer. He coordinates ten churches in through the Church and Community Mobilization Process (CCMP). EFZ is an umbrella church body of over five hundred church denominations and para- church organizations in Zimbabwe.
Davis works with Lucia, who is the Director at Chenga Ose Association for women with physically and mentally challenged children (COA) as administrative support. He is responsible for program design, facilitation of church networks between COA and church organizations and reports to the Director for COA activities and operations.
